Yes — X820 V3.0 works with the X820 casing (especially the updated metal case).
But compatibility with X710 is not confirmed. If you mean a different board by “X710,” you’ll need to compare physical layout and specs to be sure.

Yes — the X820 V3.0 SATA board is compatible with the Suptronics X710 power HAT and it will fit the X820 cases (the official/updated metal or acrylic X820 cases). You can stack X710 + X820 on a Pi 3B, but note a few practical caveats below
