I am currently running the following config
X825 V2.0 Metal Case
X825 V1.5 Storage Board
X735 V2.0 Power Managment
Raspberry PI 4 Model B
Crucial BX500 1 TB SSD
And the question i have is there a UPS hat that will fit in this box? I need the ability to shut down the box when the power is out

Sorry, there is no matching metal case for x825 + UPS hat. If you don’t use the case, you can consider using x708 UPS HAT, x728 UPS HAT

I have a similar situation.
I have a:
Raspberry PI 4 64 bit.
(1) 1 TB sata hard drive and (1) 250 gb sata hard drive
I have recently purshased
X829 Dual 2.5" SATA SSD/HDD Storage Expansion Board
X735 V2.5 Safe Shutdown Power Management & PWM Cooling Expansion Board
Push Button Switch Latching Self-Locking / Momentary Self-Reset Power Control Switch
The X829-C1 case is no longer avaiable so I am looking to buile a case.
Can I use the U100 UPS HAT Expansion Board with Cooling Fan ontop of my Raspberry Pi, but under the X735 V2.5 Safe Shutdown Power Management?
If so what size battery case, number of battries should I use to power this setup?

X708 UPS and X708-A1 Battery holder. Will use the X735 on Raspberry PI 3b we have as well.

yes，you can use X708 ups hat for x829 and pi 4； two batteries are enough If not need more current
