Wire connection of UPS button

Anyone know wire connection of switch to button? I want to connect a button with C-NC-NO, not official button. With the small blue button it works to restart with 3 seconds press. But I have tried all combinations with a button in switch and not works to shutdown and power on.

Hi，The x728 supports the connection of a 4pin momentary switch, but the safe shutdown function requires an installation script to be realized. Please refer to here for the switch：X728-hardware#Connector for External Power Switch
