What is wrong with my x873???????

  • Assebmled the kit, 735 and 873. Once usb adapter plugged in and power button pressed pi4 boots but no usb devices work and either 873 or my brand new nvme makes a chirping sound.

If i remove the usb adapter everything works. I also tried the supplied usb jumper cable.

What is wrong with it? Please watch the video. The red led on nvme adapter card blinks in the same sequence and chirping sound is coming along with the flashes. Im using the power supply that i purchased from geekworm. Please help

  • @Daniel Unknown Hello,

Could you please tell us your order number? And if you use a usb cable instead of the usb3.0 connector, everything will work, right?

Lisa, No, Not Everything will work, not right. It doesn't work. Please Re Read my post and come back to me with a solution.

  • i plugged the nvme with your board using the blue usb cable supplied into my desktop, nothing happens, blue and red lights are on. No blinking or anything. Nothing shows up in Disc Management. Something is wrong with that board. I also tried just now plugging it into different usb ports on my Pi 4, same thing, as soon as i plug it in, the board chirps and all usb freezes

  • @Daniel Goral Hi, could you please provide us with some pictures or test videos(use usb3.0 cable to test), and tell us your order number please.【Mail to: info@geekworm.com】 Thanks
