X735 V3.0 Board Replacement Cooling Fan

  I have several of these running constantly.  The first thing that seems to go is the cooling fan.  I would like to replace them with better Noctuas but the 4 pin power connectors are not compatable and I can't seem to find any kind of adapter.  Additionally Geekworm doesn't seem to have replacement  PWM fans for these units.  Does anyone have a solution or suggestion for replacing these fan?
