UPS X1201 X1202 - Batteries voltage balancing

  Hi  All
  Recently got a X1201 and X1202, before installing the batteries to the UPS, do i have balance all batteries to be same voltages before installing to the UPS ? 
  Will the UPS manage each battery individual voltages after installed ?
