I bought an x880 to build NAS with my Pi4. I was planning to attach one 2.5 Laptop hard disk and a 3.5 Desktop hard disk. But unfortunately, the 3.5 desktops hard disk is not detecting. A blue light keeps blinking. I don't think power is an issue because I'm using a 12v 5A power supply. Can anyone can give me a hint on how I could get it work? Thanks in Advance.

Hi,
Please use the same type of hard drive,HDD+HDD or SSD+SSD; an error will be reported when using SSD+HDD.
PS:It is recommended to use an SD card to install the system.

Thanks for the reply. But even with one HDD attached, 3.5 hard disks not working. Here are the Hard disks I have tried. Both of these Hard disks are not recognized.

2nd hard disk in the image (2Tb one) is a fat (not slim) hard disk. When I attached it, it will keep doing the beep sound and blinking that blue led.
P.s - But it is working for 2.5 disks0 likes 0 likes
