I have 4 HDD:
- 1x 3.5
- 2x 2.5
- 1x 2.5 USB (some weird none SATA connector sadly)
Is it possible to stack them with these products:

Do these hats allow the HDD to idle (~sleep mode) or they are spinning all the time?
Moreover, would I need two power supplies or one connected to either board is sufficiant? (In this case, any other cable is required?)
Would the 3A 12V power supply be sufficiant for the Pi (Wifi enabled and HDMI connected, bluetooth disabled) + 4 HDDs?
