x1202 Raspi does not switch back on

  Hello,

  my raspi 5 and the X1203 works. The voltages are ok and I have connection via i2c.

  Every day the raspi is down. There are no entries in the logs. On the X1202 the led 5V and Pi are off.

  If I press the button on the X1202 to start the pi, the LED 5V lights for a short time, but the raspi does not start. The LED Pi stays off. The LED for battery is on and lights.

  I need to disconnect the power supply from the usb-c and reconnect. Then starts the Pi.

  I can not find the problem. Can somebody help me?

  Please note: If the UPS does not detect the RPi5, it will automatically shut down within 3 seconds. So you need to install the RPi 5 on the UPS and make sure that the RPi5 has good contact with the UPS's pogo pins.

  I know. The pi works for 1-2 days. That is th reason, why I think that it is no problem with the contacts. I will try to reconnect the pi to the the X1202. 

  I am considering replacing the plastic tubes with brass sleeves that have less tolerance when screwing them on.
