Can i use ups hat x735 with raspberry pi tv hat?

  Good morning. As per object I would like to know if it is possible to stack the raspberry pi 4 + x735 v2.1 + Raspberry Pi TV HAT. I would like to build an htpc that can be turned off comfortably with a button and maybe program a night shutdown with relative ignition in the morning (just to save some power). Maybe even using the X825 V1.5 as a base.
  The main problem is if I can connect the Raspberry Pi TV HAT on top of the x735. Anyone have experience on this?
