x735 and using rpi 4 usb-c from pc

  So I have the x735 along with x825 boarad. I power the system through the x735 as your instructions state. My question is if I hook the pi to a pc via the USB-c port will there be any issues if the PC attempts to supply power through the USB-c port? Also will there be any issues using the usb-c port and a external SSD?

  Yes, There will be unpredictable issues. Please DON'T power directly the pi via type C. Only power the X735 via DC or TYPE C.

  if the computer attempts to charge the gadget through the USB-c port? How about utilising the USB-C connector to attach an external SSD? phrazle
