Warranty

If you have any problems with your order, please contact support@geekworm.com as soon as possible. We will try our best to help solve the problem.

All faulty products can be replaced or repaired within 90 days from delivery date(including working days and holidays). In this case, customers need to get authorization first for replacement or maintenance. Kindly contact support@geekworm.com to process in first time.

Note:
The following situations are not covered by the warranty:
1) Out of warranty;
2) Damage caused by failure to use or maintain the product as required by the Manual;
3) Damage caused by unauthorized modification, disassembly, soldering or other tampering;
4) Damage caused by exposure to moisture, extreme temperatures or other extreme environmental conditions;
5) Damage caused by force majeure (such as fire, flood, war, earthquake, snowstorm, etc.);
6) Other damages not caused by design, technology, manufacturing or quality problems of the product itself.

Refund/Return/Exchange Policy

1. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a refund or exchange it for other products for up to 30 days from the delivery date.
a. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. We won’t accept opened and used products for return.
b. Customers need to contact support@geekworm.com to get authorization of return or exchange first. Otherwise we won’t accept the returned parcel without authorization.
c. You agree to pay for the return shipping cost on exchanges and returns and we will reimburse this cost upon verification of a fault with the product. If return reason is not related to product quality problem, all of the return fee (such as shipping cost, import tax in Shenzhen, handling fee etc.) should be paid by your party.
2. For distributor, refund and replacement policy refers to the distribution contacts concluded between Geekworm and the distributor.

Order Cancel Policy

Before the order is not shipped, we are willing to accept any cancel request from you. Due to the special nature of international logistics, if the order has been shipped out already, we cannot recover the package, so we cannot accept the cancel request of the shipped orders;

Please send email to tell us cancelling your order with your order number before the order is not shipped.
