by Cindy Ding on April 10, 2020

Hell dear valued customer,

Thanks for your support with Geekworm. We hope everything with you and your family is fine.

It's been a challenging start of year 2020, and we'd like to thank you for being with us!

Now we can ship out the orders as usual, and you can feel free to place any orders, the products are in stock if it appears in stock, if happen to be out of stock, you will get an email notification about the details.

Due to the impact of COVID-19, all the orders will have shipping and delivery delays. As now the airfreight are very tight, the parcels need to wait for some specific time before go out. Also the delivery time also related with the destination country post office. Please also pay attention to the postal delivery changes at your country.

This situation is also suitable for fast shipping way like DHL... Now the DHL has about 10-15 days delay before get on the airfreight.

Some logistics services have been restricted amidst international travel bans and reduction in flights caused by COVID-19.

This is really out of our control, if your package still not arrive a long time, please be patient to wait some more time or contact us for checking the details.

 Statement:

1. We have to increase shipping fee due to the price of logistics services changes every week. We get 2 times price change from logistics services(4PX) in April 2nd and April 7th. Please understand about this situation. If the shipping price is drop down later, we will do the change accordingly.

2. Now the fast shipping way DHL delays serious, it will have about 2 weeks delay before the package can be shipped out, as the flight is very limited, all shipments to be scheduled and waiting for the flights in queue takes a longer time than usual.

3. We will choose the most reliable shipping way to make shipments. But there still will have transportation delays.
