The Solution for X873 I/O Error

If you find that you have encountered an IO error like the following picture, please contact us at( info@geekworm.com) to update the firmware. Please also attach the order number, thanks!

To update the X873 FW:
1) Connect the X873 to an USB port of windows 7/10 computer with a USB A male to male cable (without going through a hub, USB 2 or USB 3 are all ok.)
2) Double click the WinRAR self-extracting archive (X873-FW-update.exe) provided and click "Install"
3) The software will update the firmware automatically
4) If firmware is updated successfully. "PASS" will be appeared at the bottom right of the window.
