Order Status

Paid/Unfulfilled - The payment for your order has been completed. We have received your order and we are preparing your shipment package.
Fulfilled - We have filled in the shipping tracking number, and your package has been sent.
  

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Our Term is FOB Shenzhen which doesn’t include custom fee. You should expect to pay any amount charged by the government in your respective country. This includes, and is not limited to, duties, taxes and any extra fees charged by the courier company.

EMS

As the default shipping method for orders to Russia. Tracking information is available.
If EMS is disabled, we will change to an alternative shipping method under the suggestion of our carrier.
 

 

4PX Small Packets Air

We choose 4PX as our freight forwarder to deliver packages.

1. Small Packets Air includes HK post, 4PX post and so on.
2. Orders contain battery, liquid and magnet cannot be shipped by 4PX Small Packets Air.
3. This shipping service usually takes up to 15-30 business days but it is not guaranteed and unstable. Delays are possible.
4. If you need faster shipment, please choose DHL/UPS/Fedex (Shipping fee paid by yourself). Or we will deliver via the default method of standard shipping. (Usually by 4PX with tracking number);
5. If we think that the order value is higher or the transportation risk is higher, we will purchase freight insurance at 4PX by ourselves.
6. Each package should not exceed 2 kg. If it exceeds 2 kg, we will negotiate with you or change to a faster DHL/UPS/Fedex shipping method, or divide the package into several packages to ship.

 

Shipping Address

Please make sure that your shipping address is 100% correct with full name, a right phone number, city with right post code included, the phone number is very important in the shipping address.

 

Insurance

We do not offer insurance which covers you in the unlikely event that your parcel is lost or damaged by the postal services.

 

Reception

With standard courier practice, you check the contents of the parcel before signing for your goods. If you do not we can't be held liable for any damage that may have occurred in transit.
